Here, at Eatology, we are on a mission to help our nation build a better relationship with food...starting with you.

We want your experience with us to be exemplary...from placing your order, to heating your meals, to enjoying variety and getting results.


WHAT TO EXPECT:

  1. Your meals will arrive, frozen, in a cooler packaged with dry ice

  2. Store meals in the freezer for up to 6 months or place in refrigerator for 2-3 days

  3. Meals may be heated when frozen or thawed. **Thawing meals overnight before eating is suggested

  4. The heating instructions are on the meal lids

  5. Our containers are MICROWAVE SAFE & OVEN FRIENDLY. The LIDS ARE NOT microwave safe...REMOVE BOTH LIDS BEFORE HEATING

  6. Last but not least… ENJOY!

 

SHIPPING:

  1. Your first order will ship as soon as the FedEx delivery schedule permits and without weekend delays. Every week after, your meals will ship out on Monday per the Fedex shipping schedule.

  2. If you selected to customize your meals at checkout, you will need to submit a custom menu online by 12pm on Sunday:  https://www.eatology.co/menuselection/

  3. You should get an email notification reminding you  to submit your custom menu on Fridays. If you do not receive an email, please let us know

  4. For weekly recurring orders, you will be auto-charged on Mondays.

  5. Before being auto-charged, you will receive a notice email 3-days prior

 

HOLDS:

  1. If you would like to place your order on hold, please email us at operations@eatology.co by 12pm Sunday to avoid the auto-charge to your account
