Your foodlogs will be returned to you by Tuesday EOD.

We have 3 teams, each with different motivators for this Challenge.

Team Orange: Foodlogs will be reviewed to ensure progress is being made

Who belongs on this team:

  • You are independent and don’t need/want much accountability.

  • You are doing your own thing and it’s working...if it ain’t broke don’t fix it

  • You like working through stuff on your own and you have a plan

Foodlog Expectations:

  • Submit a weekly foodlog by Friday at midnight


Team Green: Held to 99.9999% of the nutrition goal

Who belongs on this team:

  • You are in it to win it! Going for the gold! First place all the way. Every meal counts. And our job is to make sure you don’t forget it

Foodlog Expectations:

  • Submit a weekly foodlog on the foodlog template provided

  • Nutrition goal of the week is followed closely

    • ex: Week 1 & 2: Eat Paleo foods / Remove processed foods

    • ex:Week 3&4: Foods are Paleo and Zoned


Team Maroon: Held to 80% of the nutrition goal

Who belongs on this team:

  • You are plenty motivated for this challenge and plan on getting some great results…

  • You are mostly happy with where you are at, you just want to make some small changes and need a little accountability to get there but you don’t want it to takeover your life.

Foodlog Expectations:

  • Submit a weekly foodlog on the foodlog template provided

  • Encourages at least 80% of your nutrition efforts meet the nutrition goal of the week

Each team will receive weekly foodlog support and accountability. The foodlog expectations will vary according to which group you are in. The foodlog support will not impact the final outcome of the challenge. We are not “grading” you. We are supporting you.
